

Jessica T. Bracho, Esq.
Jessica is a dedicated and determined consumer rights attorney with extensive litigation experience. Before opening Bracho Law, she was an attorney at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. (“Legal Services”), in the Consumer Rights Unit, where she assisted low-income clientele in Miami-Dade County with consumer and heirs’ property matters.
While attending law school part-time, Jessica worked as a paralegal at a prominent Florida law firm. Jessica departed from that law firm, after twelve years, to intern with The Honorable Ivan Fernandez at the Third District Court of Appeals. After she received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, Jessica obtained an LL.M. in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. (GW). At GW, Jessica excelled in courses such as The College of Trial Advocacy, Advanced Evidence, Negotiation and Conflict Management System Design, and Ethics in Adjudication and Settlement.
Jessica is motivated and passionate about helping those in need and wants to see people, and her community, thrive. When not attending to legal matters, Jessica spends her time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring different cuisines and classical films.

Damien K. Reynolds, Esq.
Damien is a talented and experienced litigator specializing in consumer rights and a founding member of Bracho Law.
A proud South Florida native, Damien has lived and worked in the community for many years. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Damien practiced in the Miami office of a Florida-focused AM-200 law firm where his legal work encompassed life, disability, property, and personal injury and protection (PIP) insurance; personal injury; consumer protection; class actions; and mass litigation.
Afterwards, Damien practiced in the Miami office of a national AM-200 law firm. There, Damien continued to handle cases involving various lines of insurance, mass litigation, and consumer protection, and expanded his practice to include managed care, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and interpleader actions.
In addition to his legal work, Damien is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinders Program.
Damien is committed to helping his clients meet their needs and improve their lives. In his free time, Damien enjoys the company of his family and friends and playing music.
